We'll get your Waky to you as quickly as we can and help if anything goes wrong along the way.
Where we ship
Waky ships to addresses in Canada and the United States. International shipping beyond the US is coming soon. Sign up for the newsletter at the bottom of the page to be notified when more regions open up.
Rates and transit times
Every order ships via Canada Post with a tracking number, no exceptions. We don't offer expedited shipping at this time โ one simple standard rate per region.
Canada โ Standard shipping
$8 CAD flat
4โ10 business days after the order is processed
United States โ Standard shipping
$15 CAD flat (shown in USD at checkout if your browser localizes)
6โ14 business days after the order is processed
Tracking numbers are emailed to you the moment your order leaves our warehouse.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1โ3 business days (excluding weekends and Canadian statutory holidays).
Processing time is our target, not a guarantee. Delays can happen, especially around long weekends and peak retail seasons.
Delivery estimates
Delivery estimates above are estimates, not guarantees. Once Canada Post (or its US handoff partner USPS) takes possession of the package, the actual delivery date is up to the carrier.
Tracking updates
Tracking may not update for a day or two while a package is in transit or awaiting a carrier scan. This is normal, especially for US shipments at the border handoff between Canada Post and USPS, and does not mean the package is lost.
If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, email support@waky.ca and we'll escalate.
Taxes
Canadian customers: applicable sales tax (GST / HST / PST / QST) is calculated and shown at checkout based on your shipping address.
US customers: depending on your state, sales tax may or may not be collected at checkout. There are no customs fees or duties for Waky shipments under USD $800 entering the US (your order is well under that threshold).
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing the order.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because the package was unclaimed or refused, we can re-ship at your expense or refund according to our Refund Policy (minus any non-recoverable shipping costs where applicable).
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled any time before they ship. Email support@waky.ca with your order number as soon as possible.
Once an order has shipped or is in transit, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want the order, you may return it after delivery using our Refund Policy.
Missing, lost, or stolen packages
If you believe your package is missing, email support@waky.ca and we'll help.
1. Tracking shows "Delivered," but you can't find the package
Before reaching out, please check:
- Around your property (porch, side door, garage, mailbox).
- With household members, neighbors, your building's lobby, or your mailroom.
- Any delivery notices from Canada Post or USPS (sometimes the package is held at a nearby outlet for pickup).
If it's still not located, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can assist quickly. We may ask for details to help the carrier investigate (confirmation of the shipping address, any relevant building delivery instructions, or a brief written statement of non-receipt).
In cases where tracking confirms delivery to the address provided, the package is generally considered delivered. However, we will still make a best effort to help you resolve the situation, including assisting with a carrier investigation and reviewing replacement or refund options where appropriate.
2. Tracking does not show "Delivered" and appears stuck or lost in transit
If your package hasn't been delivered and tracking is not progressing, contact us and we'll start a Canada Post trace and investigation. If the carrier confirms the shipment is lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.
3. Please contact us before filing a chargeback
We can usually resolve delivery issues faster through support than through your bank. If you're having any problem receiving your order, email support@waky.ca first and we'll help.
